Two 2-hour sessions, up to 12 people, grouped by role. We work on your real documents and your real tasks, not samples, not demos. Includes preparation, a pre-session video, delivery, a recap video, and follow-up support. Everything in one fixed price.
Training built on your actual work, not sample data. Generic off-site courses are built for a generic organisation. This one is built for yours.

The AI Enabled Workplace
A 4-6 week engagement. By the end, AI is embedded in how your organisation works, and your team knows why it is set up the way it is.
This is for organisations ready to go beyond a training day. I map how your work actually happens, build Copilot and Claude into your real workflows, train each role group on their own tasks, and hand over full documentation so it keeps working after I leave.

Workflow Automation
Custom systems and automated processes built on Microsoft Power Platform, designed around how your organisation actually works.
