Professional Services · 18-person team · Full M365 migration An 18-person professional services firm was running on a mix of personal Gmail accounts, a shared Dropbox, WhatsApp groups for internal communication, and a Zoom account for client calls. Files were in three different places. No one knew what the latest version of a document was. Client data was sitting in personal email inboxes. There was no way to search across everything at once.
We migrated the entire organisation onto Microsoft 365 — email, files, meetings, and communications.
